Abstract

There were analyzed social reasons and pathogenic mechanisms that during reforms had caused the development of very high and early mortality of able-bodied age people, deterioration of physical development and health of children and adolescents and negative natality. Totality of pathologic processes that caused the abovementioned changes may be more precisely identified as a «social stress». Specific cause of social stress appearance lies in loss of effective labor motivation by society. Chronic social stress leads to exhaustion of general adaptive syndrome, disturbance of dynamic stereotype of higher nervous activity, formation of «programmed organism death – fenoptoz» phenomenon and also appearance of high heterozygosity of population gene pool. There was shown the possibility of quantitative estimation of social stress intensity.  There was proved the priorities of population health improvement and way out from demographic crisis.

Abstract

In the article there were presented data about the received results of immune-enzyme analysis of neuron-specific enolase among patients with Parkinsonism (52) in comparison with control group of patients with discirculatory encephalopathy without Parkinsonism manifestations (22). There was indicated the increase of indication level of neuron-specific enolase more than in 50% of cases at Parkinsonism, in 79% of cases among patients with Parkinson's disease. There was discovered that among studied patients with Parkinsonism more than in 50% of cases there was registered the increase of neuron-specific enolase titres. Neuron-specific enolase is a diagnostic marker of Parkinsonism.

Abstract

Function of antibodies IgM consists in regulation of permeability of a blood-tissue barrier for microorganisms and its antigenes. IgM production in philogenesis and in onthogenesis is the independent form of the immune response. IgM block invasion extracell parasitizing bacteria in tissue. Granulema formation is a variant of IgM function in regulation of permeability blood-tissue barrier for intracell parasitizing bacteria.

The suggested hypothesis allows to use new approaches in therapy of infections with obligatory bacteriemia.

Abstract

Among patients with acute and chronical clinical course of Ixodidea mite borreliosis there was studied a subpopulation structure and chromosome of peripheral blood lymphocytes, blasttransformation of cells under influence of T- and B-mitogens, production by IL-12 and IL-10 mononuclear leucocytes. Secretion of IL-12 at acute clinical course was increased, IL-10 was depressed, and under chronic clinical course the excretion of both cytoxicants was increased. The level of chromosomal abnormalities in T-lymphocytes was higher in debut of acute period of illness. There was registered the instability of B-lymphocytes genome at the end of acute phase of borreliosis. Deficit of cytotoxic lymphocytes was accompanied by accumulation of cells with caryo-pathology.

Abstract

It was established that methemoglobiemia in experimental rats induced by one intraperitoneal injection of phenylhydrazine chloride (DL50), for a long time (up to 21 days after the injection of the drug) is accompanied by disorders in functional properties of peripheral blood erythrocytes. Mechanisms of these disorders are related to decreased activity of thiol antiradical defence system leading to damage of eythrocyte’s lipoprotein complex. Activation of erythropoesis leads to appearance of functionally insufficient eythrocytes in peripheral blood. It’s a sign of inadequate compensatory mechanisms of erythropeotic system in severe hypoxia.

Abstract

Experiments that were run on male mice of CBA line, immunized by sheep erythrocytes in dose 5 × 108 showed that 5-НТ1А selective agonist of serotonin receptors 8-OH-DPAT (1 mg/kg) causes suppression of immune response among aggressive animals and mice without experience of victories and defeats (control). Introduction of 8-OH-DPAT did not change the reaction of mice with submissive conduct type. Application of 5-НТ1А selective antagonist of WAY100635 receptors (1 mg/kg) caused stimulation of immune response only among submissive mice and animals without experience of victories and defeats. Blockade effect of 5-НТ2А receptors of their selective blocker ketanserin (1 mg/kg) does not depend on the form of animal conduct. The conclusion is made that changing 5-НТ1А and 5-НТ2А receptor activity leads to different effect on immune response among mice of CBA line depending on initial psychoemotional condition of animals that among aggressive and submissive ones is conditioned by different activity of neurotransmitter system, 5-НТ group in particular.

Abstract

General line of development of modern knowledge about man lies in tendency to leave scientist, statistic for anthropocentric, dynamic paradigm, and to understand man, his cultural consciousness by way of language life in particular.

Analysis of language material shows a priority meaning of health value in traditional Russian cultural consciousness. This experience is richer and deeper that of modern conception (connected with the idea of bodily well-being); displaced to periphery it is present in cultural memory, preserving a potential possibility of actualization.

Abstract

Presented system of follow up monitoring for children with urinary tract infections (UTI) is based on refusal from season principle of monitoring and usage of constant, stage rehabilitation process; it also should be admitted that microorganisms translocation is done from endogenous biotops which are presented by places of chronic infections, intestines.

The UTI problem in children is boundary for children nephrologists and urologists, there is the necessity of coordination both on the stages of preliminary diagnostics and rehabilitation. The main task for cooperative decision should be considered blocking of functional and organic obstruction of urinary tract.

Abstract

In an effort to diagnose inflammatory diseases of small pelvis organs among women there was used the scintigraphy with 199Tl-chloride that is nonspecific marker of inflammation. There were studied 97 patients and 8 volunteers of female sex.  There was found statistically important interconnections of inflammation clinic-laboratory criteria with scintigraphy results. Scintigraphy with 199Tl-chloride showed to be the effective method of diagnostic and activity of inflammatory diseases of small pelvis organs among women. Sensibility, specificity, exactness of diagnostics of presence of inflammation comprised 92,0; 88,9; 91,7, and its activity – 87,8; 82,3; 85,0%. The most diagnostic effectiveness of method was determined when studying patients with acute inflammatory processes, the least – among patients with exacerbation of chronic processes or different kinds of obesity.

Scintigraphy with 199Tl-chloride is the perspective radionuclide method of diagnostics of nonspecific diseases of inflammatory diseases of small pelvis organs among women .
